CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for refund. Custom floral orders and Flower Bar services may be non-refundable once production has begun.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, substitutions may be necessary. We will strive to maintain the overall style, color, and value of your arrangement.

MATERIAL YOU SUBMIT TO THE WEBSITE

By submitting any content, photos, reviews, or other materials (“Submissions”) to the Website, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your Submission for promotional and business purposes.
